What it includes:

  • Each month you will receive a new 4 week workout programme

  • The workout plans are customised to your goals and include a step by step guide of each exercise, a picture diagram and also a description to help you get the technique right

  • With this also comes a meal plan and calculated macros

  • Also food advice and guidance along the way

  • You can get in touch with me at any time with any questions or alterations to your programme

  • ​The programme requires you to check in once a week (or every other week) so that we can make sure we are on the right track, and this will include weight and body measurements

Personalised Workout Plans

1 day / 1 workout: £25

2 day / 2 workouts: £30

3 day / 3 workouts: £35

4 day / 4 workouts: £40

Plans capped at £40 so a 5, 6 or 7 day workout also is £40

 

What it includes:

This package is perfect if there is a specific workout you are looking for e.g. leg day / triceps workout / chest workout. This can be gym or home based and will be tailored around you and your goals

 

The prices start at £25 for a one day plan

Then an extra £5 for each extra day..

These are then capped at £40 so if you have a 5,6, or 7 day plan then these stay at £40

 

The amount of days all depends on how many days a week you think you could commit to working out.

 

Any existing clients at the studio get £5 off all plans

A single meal plan targeted to help you reach your goal. Lose weight / gain muscle / tone up... or anything else that you have in mind.

The meal plan has a step by step meal that you can follow and also the option to macro track with your own calculated macros.
